Each exquisitely appointed, boast a dining lounge, recreational area, expansive sun deck, swimming pool, and sumptuous Guest rooms, on a secluded and appointed space of 1500 sqm per villa. Each faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part is a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The second part is a resting area including a bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing closet, and a bathroom with a rain shower and outdoor bathtub. The resort amenities deliver the highest standard of service namely: spa treatments and facilities, with two restaurants, a rooftop champagne bar, a beach bar, and a lounge, as well as a high-end kitesurfing and watersports center, enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop Champagne bar or indulge in a massage at the Spa.

his boutique lodge is located on 25 acres of farm in the calm outskirts of the agricultural town of Karatu. It is a sensitively eco-friendly luxury lodge that in order to harmonize with the environment, has been very unobtrusively designed and positioned within the farm. A Total of 32 Rooms in 16 well-spaced cottages, with each Cottage having two Rooms, a comfortable lounge, en-suite bedrooms, all with a mini bar, coffee-making facility, air-conditioning, satellite television, Wi-Fi, a private balcony with sweeping views of the farm, the surrounding scenic landscape, and the most amazing sunsets. Tastefully decorated in a classic style with ceramic floors and furniture throughout, with a signature Acacia hospitality.
