Location: Chyulu Hills National Park, in Olpusare Spring, between the sacred Chyulu Hills and the Kilimanjaro.

Overview

The Club is part of a regeneration project in collaboration with the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust to restore wetlands previously decimated by intensive farming.

As native wildlife return to the area, our job is to protect, conserve and increase animal presence, working with local Maasai communities and tourists to educate on sustainable practice.

Uniqueness of this Camp

Chyulu Club covers 800 hectares, within the 283,000 acre Maasai Group Ranch and is equipped with a private runway for transfers to and from the camp. Excursions to the Cloud Forest and Chyulu National Park are some of the magical ways to explore the Club’s local setting. A brand new carbon-negative and zero emission Eco-Lodge set in the heart of Chyulu Hills.

There are 6 Luxury Tents all with en-suite bathrooms and an indoor and outdoor shower ( 3 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, 1 single and 1 quad room (4 single beds), balcony/deck, hair dryer, mosquito net, shower, electrical outlets, outside shower, tea/coffee, fireplace, and laundry complimentary, safe.

Children are welcome and specific programs are designed to explore the savannah, cloud forests, hills and wilderness. Parents have other activities such as practicing yoga and meditation, working in the tree nursery or an organic farm, wildlife spotting on foot or in electric safari Land Rovers – and even the opportunity to explore the Chyulu Hills on horse-back.
