This opulent lodge is approx. (298.6km=185.5 miles) a 5 hr. 9min drive northeast of Kampala City, which is a 45min drive from Entebbe International Airport. Your experience begins deep in the evergreen rainforest of Kibale, the best place in the world to see Chimpanzees in the wild and one of the top attractions in this region. The forest is frequented by documentary filmmakers, including the great Attenborough.

The gardens provide a stunning setting for relaxation, reflection, and space for games, a lawn tennis court, as wildlife come close to the doorstep, take a guided walk around the beautiful Kyaninga Crater Lake and Forest. The lodge’s Chef offers the finest 3-course cuisine, with menus from the west blended with local ingredients mostly handpicked from the Lodge’s kitchen garden and neighboring markets.
Relax after dinner, by the fire whilst enjoying a drink from the fully stocked bar. The terrace leads down to the swimming pool that overlooks the lake, lined with pavers cut from local volcanic rock, with two wooden decks.

Accommodation
Nine spacious cottages set apart and raise on platforms, with privacy and tranquility, in twin or double beds, featuring Egyptian cotton linen, feather pillows, an indoor sitting area, private deck for early morning tea or coffee with views over the lake and the Rwenzori Mountains.
Cottages have en-suite bathrooms that boast marble countertop basins set atop crafted Elgon olive pedestals, claw-footed freestanding bathtubs, glass-walled showers, electrical charging points, and hot water provided by modern solar power.
