Ikuka Safari Camp opened in Ruaha National Park in July 2016, this park is known for its diverse landscapes of savannah, mighty baobab trees, miombo, rocky hills, kopjes, and the Great Ruaha River itself; Representing a biodiversity transition zone between southern and eastern Africa, many species overlap and crossover resulting in a unique wildlife display.

Accommodation
7 spacious tents, interiors comprise white quartz from the escarpment itself along with other local and sustainable sourced materials. The rooms have fans and a shower with hot water, large super-king beds, a spacious bathroom area, and a lounge area complete with comfortable leather seating leading out onto large private balconies, a large stone vanity with two vessel sinks, and a toilet.
Wi-Fi in the main area, good mobile phone signal in camp -24 hour electricity (no hairdryers) -Laundry service included.
One family room, perfect for couples or families. Children over 7 years and over are welcome – this 2 Store room; sleeps 2 or 3 children upstairs and 2 adults downstairs; shared bathroom and shared sitting room, pool deck, and plunge pool.

Game drives in open 4WD safari vehicles, Guided Walking safari accompanied by an armed camp guide as well as a TANAPA park ranger. Bird walking – bird enthusiast’s heaven, The Rock House is the version of a “sleep-out” or “fly-camp.
